The Foundation uses information collected through this site to select scholars for its financial assistance and no interest loan program (“Program”) and to work with those scholars once they have received an award or loan from The Foundation. In order to be considered for a Program administered on this site, you are required to complete and submit an online application that may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, such as your full name, address, email address, phone number, school, parent or guardian names, parent or guardian phone numbers, parent or guardian email addresses and, in some cases, your social security number and relevant financial information. You may also be asked to provide The Foundation with other personally identifiable information, such as your date of birth, gender, personal interests, school transcripts and other performance information, extracurricular activities, or personal essays. Actual types of personally identifiable information The Foundation collects may vary depending on each Program, and may be collected through this site or by United States Mail. The Foundation may use your personally identifiable information to contact you if it has any questions about your application, to provide notification of awards, and to analyze application trends and data. The Foundation may also use personally identifiable information to provide services to those Scholars who are recipients of awards or loans, such as forwarding proceeds to the educational institutions and for security and analysis of activity on this website.
